Welcome
to the Colorado Golf Course Owners Association (CoGCOA), a chapter affiliate
the
National
Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) located in Charleston, South Carolina.
This chapter was founded in 2002 and is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization
providing information and advocacy for our members who are part of the
private sector of the Colorado golf industry.

you have done it yourself, you can tell your story, too.

the Law - You will hear about the myriad of efforts and changes
made in other states around the country, and you will wonder, "Can
we do this here in Colorado? When? What will I need to do? What
will it cost?"
- Hire
A Professional -
You will
hear the different ways that 'tax reps' and ad valorem appraisers
approach the task of valuation reduction. You will learn how you can
see to it that you are NOT paying more than your fair share
of property
taxes. You will learn how many years you can go back to collect refunds
of taxes already paid, plus interest.
